The college Library
remains closed on Sunday and other University Holidays.
General Rules:
Ø Silence should be observed within the library premises. Talks,
gossips, exchange of words etc. are to be strictly avoided.
Ø
Principal/ Teacher-in-charge of the college may
inflict punishment or fine on those users who in any manner endanger or
mutilate or deface the library property including the reading material so that
others may be dissuaded from his line of thought.
Ø
In case the documents are not returned on due
dates the defaulter will not be allowed to borrow books or documents and fine
will be imposed.
Ø
In case any book is lost or damaged by the
reader, the reader shall replace the book. In case the book is not available in
the market the reader will have to pay the cost plus any reasonable fine to be
determined by the Library Committee.
Ø
The books may be renewed if the same are not in
demand elsewhere only after physical presentation of them.
Ø
The books shall be issued to the students for a
period of 10 days at a time
Ø There are reference books, Journals and Magazines which are to be
confined in the library for general interest of the reader.
